DESCRIPTION:10 weeks to compete in small-group teams\n\nChallenge Dates: September 15-November 22\nCost: $375 Members / $475 Non-Members\nRegistration opens: August 8\nSign up at the Center Fitness Club front desk! Fill out a Registration Form to let us know a little about you and your goals for this challenge — bring it along when you register at the fitness desk. \n\nJoin our 10-week Transformation Challenge and commit to yourself and a team of individuals motivated to work hard and transform their health. Each participant is expected to meet with their coach and teammates twice a week. Ask questions and introduce yourself over coffee at Village Hall\, 1200 Wilmette Avenue. \nCan’t make it to Friday?  Attend the Saturday Meet & Greet at the Paddle Hut! \n\nExperience & Accomplishments\nChris Lindgren brings more than 25 years of work experience to Wilmette\, including 12 years at the Park District of Oak Park\, where he rose to Deputy Director of Properties and Planning. In this role\, he led many impactful initiatives\, including overseeing major capital projects\, construction of two net-zero buildings\, securing millions in grant funding to expand access and sustainability in public spaces\, and reducing electricity usage by 30 percent across district facilities. \nLindgren is a regular speaker at the state and national level on sustainability and park district excellence. He has been recognized throughout his career for his collaborative leadership style and strong commitment to diversity\, equity and inclusion. He has led and supported teams across every designation\, including seasonal\, full-time\, exempt and union staff\, fostering inclusive\, mission-driven organizational cultures.
