Work through targeted skill stations\, including: \n\nFlag Pulling and Defense\nCatching and Route Running\nThrowing and QB Mechanics\nAgility and Footwork\n\nIn her rookie season\, Sarah threw for 1\,176 yards with 20 touchdowns and just 4 interceptions\, earning a 105.9 QBR.
