    IBA Spring Minor League (T-Ball) introduces the game to players while gaining confidence, coordination and have fun learning the game and skills. Players will be placed on teams and will focus on skill development and t-ball games from week to week.     IBA Spring Major League (Coach-Pitch)

    For ages 5-6 or players with one year of t-ball experience, IBA Major League (Coach Pitch) represents the next step in the progression of IBA programs. Players will be placed on teams to play coach pitch games and learn and reinforce skills at a higher level. Full team requests and/or any buddy requests must be sent to bobby@illinoisbaseballacademy.com.

    For players to receive the optimal experience, total enrollment will be capped. We will do our best to accommodate all those on the waitlist. Participants can sign up individually, as part of a small group, or as a complete 10-member team.

    Basic techniques of Taekwondo, combined with deep breathing exercises, help children develop proper posture, concentration and coordination. Practice of proper manners helps to develop courtesy, self-esteem and self-control. Class is taught in a relaxed and fun environment. Continuing students should wear a martial arts uniform during class (white Taekwondo uniform-dobock, which can be ordered at the class). Instructor Grand Master Kim has more than 50 years of martial arts training, and has been teaching students at the Wilmette Park District since 1998.     Get ready to dig, set, and spike your way through summer at Gillson Beach! Our Adult Coed Beach Volleyball Leagues are the perfect way to enjoy the sun, sand and competition with friends. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just looking to stay active, this league offers a great mix of recreational and competitive play in a beautiful lakeside setting.

    Registration is done by team only. Team Fees must be paid in-full one (1) week prior to your first scheduled game. Teams will not be allowed to play in any games until their league fees are paid in full.


    Recreational League: Tuesdays 6/10-8/5

    Beginner teams that are fun-focused while improving volleyball fundamentals. Pre-requisites: teams can spike almost consistently.


    Competitive League: Thursdays 6/12-8/14 (*no games July 3)

    Pre-requisites: teams bump, set, and spike consistently.

    • There will be a maximum of eight teams per league.
    • Teams will consist of six players on the court at once. Teams must have at least three women on the court during play.
    • Nine games guaranteed for each team.
    • Games are played between 5:30-8:30 pm
    • Each match consists of three (rally scoring) games to 21. Matches run approximately 50 minutes.
    • Referees will officiate all games.
