FALL/SPRING SOCCER: GIRLS, K-8
About the League: Boys and girls play in separate leagues which are divided into grade levels depending on the number of registered players. Grades K-4 players are divided into teams based on the school they attend. 5th-8th grade players will play on mixed school teams. We do not accept friend requests or preferred team placement requests.
Uniforms & Equipment: Jerseys are provided by the Park District and should be worn to all games. These uniforms are for both the Fall and Spring season. Participants need to provide their own rubber soccer cleats and shin guards.
Coaches: We rely on parents and friends to handle coaching duties. Anyone interested in volunteering may contact Andrew at avalett@wilpark.org. There will be a maximum of two coaches per team at all levels.

Heads Up: Concussion in Youth Sports is a free, online course for coaches, featuring interviews with leading experts, dynamic graphics and interactive exercises, and compelling storytelling to help you recognize a concussion and know how to respond if you think that your athlete might have a concussion.

The Women’s Soccer League runs in the Spring and Fall Seasons. Teams must commit for both seasons. Games take place on Sundays between noon and 6 p.m. The Spring Season runs from April 24 to June 5. The Fall Season runs from August 28 to November 6. The league fee covers the both seasons.
