This enhancement transforms how to navigate our website by combining all content into a unified and intuitive search experience. Here’s what you can expect:

• Comprehensive results in one view
• Say goodbye to a laundry list of results. Now, your search will pull content from across the site—activities, events, documents, board meetings, reports and webpages—into a categorically organized list with appropriate context so you know exactly what page you are clicking on.
• For the first time, our search will involve Rectrac/WebTrac programming information! That means typing “basketball camp” or “youth tennis” will show you program info and take you straight to the Program Page, where you can add activities to your cart in just a few clicks.
• Advanced Search Capabilities. Our system supports full-text search, filters, and intelligent recommendations. Whether you’re looking for structured data like program details or unstructured content like policy PDFs, the new system delivers fast and relevant results.

Real-Life Examples

Let’s say you’re searching for “Beach Passes” – You’ll be guided directly to the page where you can purchase your passes. Additional results—like seasonal policies or FAQ pages—will be neatly categorized to avoid confusion. “Board Meetings” – You’ll see recent reports, meeting packets, and documents clearly listed under a dedicated Agendas & Minutes category. “Youth Soccer” – You’ll find the program description, direct program page link, and even related seasonal information—all without jumping between pages.
