It’s a race to the finish at the inaugural Quack N’ Splash! Participants cheer from the sidelines of the Activity Pool as their ducks cascade down the rushing waterslide to glory. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place winning ducks in both race waves. This event supports the Wilmette Park District Scholarship Fund.
Derby Details:
- Duck Fees: One duck $8, Five ducks for $30 or 10 ducks for $50.
- Ducks are available for purchase online in advance – ducks may be available for purchase the day of while supplies last. Advance purchase is recommended!
- Start with the Derby, then stay for Public Swim! Complimentary Public Swim Pass included with participation!*
- Duck numbers will be assigned and posted the day of the Derby.

- Derby Race Waves:
- Race #1 at 1:15 pm
- Race #2 at 1:20 pm
- Quack-Tastic Prizes:
- 1st Place ducks win a 2026 Family Pool/Beach Pass
- 2nd Place ducks win a 6-month CFC Family Gym Membership
- Two winners per race!
*Complimentary Public Swim pass only valid 9/1/2025 from 1-6 pm. No discounts on Duck Fees for pool season pass holders.
